Most people can experience hypnosis – it is not a loss of control or a special state that only some people can enter. Instead, it is a natural state of focused attention and relaxation that many people experience regularly, for example when absorbed in a book, a film, or daydreaming.
In a Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) session, hypnosis is approached gently and gradually. The aim is not to “make” someone enter a state, but to guide relaxation in a way that allows the mind to settle naturally. Because of this, people often find the experience more familiar than they expected.
People experience hypnosis differently. Some notice vivid imagery or strong sensations, while others experience thoughts, impressions, or subtle awareness. There is no single correct way for the process to feel, and quieter experiences can be just as meaningful as more visual ones.
Remaining aware is completely normal. You are able to hear, speak, and choose how you respond throughout the session. Hypnosis works through cooperation and willingness rather than control.
If someone finds it difficult to relax initially, this usually improves as familiarity and trust develop. Many people who worry beforehand that they can’t be hypnotised discover that they are able to engage with the process once they understand what to expect.
