Preparing for your session
Please set aside sufficient uninterrupted time depending on the type of session you have booked:
Past Life Regression sessions typically last around 2 hours, including discussion and guided regression.
Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) sessions last approximately 3–4 hours (the discussion section typically lasts 1–1.5 hours and the regression section 2–2.5 hours).
For both session types it is recommended that you don’t rush back to normal activities after your session, but instead set aside time for rest and relaxation to enable yourself to ground and integrate the wisdom, insights, and healing gained during your session.

The main thing you need to do ahead of time is prepare a list of questions and consider your intention for the session. Example questions and intentions are here.
Aside from this, all I ask is that you remain open-minded and relaxed as to how your own individual session will unfold.
Payment:
Your £25 deposit has reserved your timeslot – the remaining balance is payable either in cash or by direct bank transfer upon completion of your session.
