- A headset with microphone – a corded headset with a microphone which goes over your mouth is preferable, but you may use earbuds if they have a long battery life (4+ hours) and clearly pick up your voice (the main consideration is that both you and I can clearly hear each other).
- A laptop or tablet with Zoom (this can be downloaded for free here).
- A stable internet connection.
- A phone for back-up should we lose our connection.
- A bed or sofa which you can comfortably lay down on. This should be in a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for the duration of the session (approx. 4 hours).
