Why should I consider a BQH session?
People have BQH sessions for many reasons. Some have specific family, work, and/or health issues they are looking to overcome, others have questions about their life purpose, the universe and their place in it, and some are ‘just curious’ – they are intrigued to experience the process and find out if they may have had a past, parallel, or future life that might offer them insight into the challenges they face in this current life.
Whatever anyone’s reason for choosing BQH, one thing they all have in common is a desire to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, why their life has been the way it is, and, most importantly, to find out how they can heal and make improvements to ensure their current life experience is the best it can be both for themselves and those around them.
What are the benefits of a BQH session?
The potential benefits of a BQH session are wide-reaching and, like the session itself, individual to you. Reported benefits include:
- Enhanced Emotional Well-Being: BQH may improve emotional health by identifying and addressing past traumas and negative behavioural patterns.
- Improved Physical Well-Being: BQH may boost physical health by enabling self-healing, releasing stress, and promoting relaxation.
- Personal Growth: BQH is a powerful tool for personal growth as it enables you to connect with your higher-self to gain insight and guidance as to your life purpose and path.
- Psychic Opening: Many people report an increased sense of connection, the opening of psychic gifts, and expanded multi-dimensional understanding after a BQH session.
What happens during a BQH session?
The session starts with an in-depth discussion about your life experiences, questions, intentions, and expectations for the session.
We then move onto the hypnosis section. This starts with a period of consciousness exploration during which your higher-self will reveal a relevant experience (i.e., a past life, future life, parallel life, life between life etc.) to aid your understanding of your current life. After this we connect directly to your higher-self (or sometimes a guide, soul team, or another benevolent entity) to answer the questions and concerns you brought to the session and complete any self-healing/trauma release available to you at the time.
Who is BQH suitable for?
Anyone open-minded to consciousness exploration and alternative therapies/healthcare. Whether you are experiencing physical ailments, emotional challenges, or seeking metaphysical expansion, BQH can be a valuable tool to aid healing and personal growth.
The main thing is to trust your intuition and follow your inner knowing as to whether or not a BQH session is the right thing for you.
Is there anyone for whom BQH is not suitable?
BQH is an extremely safe practice and perfectly suitable for the majority of people; however, there are a few circumstances under which the modality is not recommended, these include:
- Those diagnosed with a severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia, dissociative disorder, or multiple personality disorder).
- Those taking psychotropic drugs.
- Those who experience strong anxiety and fear when considering the idea of consciousness exploration.
If you are are unsure as to whether or not BQH is suitable for you, please contact me and I will happily discuss and assess your suitability for a session.
I’m not sure I believe in the ideas that I can access greater knowledge and have guides/a soul team, can I still have a session?
Absolutely, some scepticism is fine as long as you are able to remain open to the possibility that you might have access to greater knowledge, and also might have guides and a soul team that you could potentially connect with to gain wisdom and advice. Indeed, many people who feel unsure about these ideas ahead of their session often find that the insights gained from BQH set them on a path to explore more about what may exist unseen around us.
I don’t believe in reincarnation, alternative realms, parallel lives etc., can I still have a session?
Of course, it is not necessary for you to suppose that you have actually lived the lives or experienced the realms that may be shown to you during your session. You can instead think of them as stories or metaphors that your higher-self is showing you to help you better understand and heal the challenges and traumas you face in this life.
I am hesitant at the idea of being hypnotised, can you tell me more about this?
Hypnosis is a totally natural state and nothing to be feared – we each regularly and spontaneously drop in and out of hypnosis throughout the day when doing tasks such as driving a familiar route, carrying out routine tasks, showering, playing an instrument, or becoming absorbed in a book or film.
During BQH you will be guided into the theta state, which is the brainwave just above delta (the sleep state). We all naturally enter the theta state at least twice a day – as we drop off at night and as we awaken in the morning. It is also the state entered during deep meditation.
You will never lose control over what you say or do and will be able to stop the process at any point by simply opening your eyes or sitting up.
It is common to worry that you won’t be able to be hypnotised, but as long as you are relaxed and open to the idea of being hypnotised this is rarely the case.
I don’t get it, how does BQH promote self-healing?
Physical and/or emotional problems can be indicative of issues, traumas, challenges, suppressed emotions or behavioural patterns that need addressing (these could be from current, past or parallel lives, or may even be ancestorial wounds). These ailments could range from minor niggles (such as headaches, joint pain, low mood, allergies, food-intolerances, lack of energy etc.) to life-threatening conditions*. During a BQH session, the higher-self is able to reveal the deeper reasons behind why an aliment has occurred, thus enabling the person – if they are willing and it is in their best interest – to address, process, and release the issue. Once the issue has been dealt with, it is no longer necessary for the body to hold onto the ailment that was representative of the issue and so self-healing may occur.
When and how the healing occurs is entirely up to the individual and how they deal with the information they receive – it may be instantaneous, or may happen gradually over weeks and months as the person takes specific steps provided by their higher-self to action their own healing. Of course, if the person returns to the behavioural patterns/situation that originally created the ailment, it will very likely reoccur.
*It’s important to stress that this does not mean to say that we as individuals are consciously responsible or in any way to blame for ill-health, but it does mean we have the agency and innate potential to improve and enhance our health if we are willing to explore and acknowledge our traumas and challenges.
Will I remember everything that happens during the session?
If you are familiar with the work of Delores Cannon, you will be aware that her clients typically had very little, if any, memory of their sessions. Over the years since then (Delores started practising in the 1960s) people have tended to remember more and more of their sessions, up to today where it is common for the client to remember everything.
As to why this change has occurred, nobody is really sure, however a theory put forth is that back when Delores started her work, society and people in general were very much more closed to the ideas of alternative realms, reincarnation, and consciousness exploration meaning that had individuals remained aware during their sessions they would have assumed they were just making up stories. As such, the higher-self employed amnesia so that it was necessary for people to listen to a recording to find out what had happened during their session, thus ensuring the certainty that they had not made things up and did indeed have an innate capacity to access a wealth of knowledge through which they could grow and self-heal. Since these times, humanity has evolved to a point where it is no longer necessary for us to experience amnesia to know that this is the case.
The great benefit of remembering your session is that once you experience the voice, knowing and awareness of your higher-self, by taking the time to quiet your mind and listen it is very possible for you to learn to recognise and access that greater knowledge at will to assist you in your daily life.
How do I prepare for a session?
Upon booking your session you will be sent full details of how to prepare, which will include the request to create a list of questions/issues you would like to explore during your session and details of technical requirements (for online sessions).
I will also provide a few exercises to help you ‘flex’ your visualization muscles and also some meditative/relaxation practices to ready you for the hypnosis part of the session.
Aside from this, all you need to do is remain open-minded and relaxed as to how your own individual session will unfold.
What type of questions can I ask?
From the mundane to the magical, no question is out of bounds. They can be health-related, work-related, about relationships, about unusual/mysterious experiences, about your life path, about how to expand your psychic gifts, or about anything else to help you understand more about who you are and how you can enhance your life experience. Click here for more information about putting together your questions and to view some question ideas.
Don’t worry if you are still unsure as to what questions would be most useful for you to ask – I will be able to suggest appropriate questions based on our discussions and your intentions for the session.
How many questions can I ask?
Some clients come with a single question or issue of concern, while others come with many. Typically clients come with 10 to 15 questions. Please be sure to list your questions in order of importance in case we do not get to them all – remember your questions are only one part of the session.
How long does a session last?
It is recommended that you set aside a minimum of 4 hours for your session as the discussion section typically lasts 1 – 1.5 hours and the BQH section 2 – 2.5 hours.
It is also recommended that you don’t rush back to normal activities after your session, but instead set aside time for rest and relaxation to enable yourself to ground and integrate the wisdom, insights, and healing gained during your session.
Can I have more than one session?
By all means you may have more than one session, but it’s most certainly not required as typically the issues brought to the session will be addressed during and/or after your session as the information and advice given by your higher-self is digested, understood, and integrated into your conscious self.
When clients do return for repeat sessions, this is usually either to address new issues that have arisen since their original session, or out of curiosity to gain further insights from their higher-self.
Note that while some healing and insights may be immediately apparent directly after your session, they may also unfold in the days, weeks, and months following your session. The higher-self will also often give specific steps (such as certain activities, growth practices, dietary advice and such like) to be undertaken in order that the healing given during the session can be maintained and/or continue to be worked upon after the session.
Also note that you will be provided with a recording of your session which can be reviewed as often as you wish – clients often gain additional insights, wisdom and ‘ah ha!’ moments each time they view their session.
Where does the session take place?
Sessions are offered both online via Zoom and in-person.
In-person sessions can be conducted at my property in Chester, or you may prefer the session to take place at your home (or another location of your choosing) in which case additional fees may apply to account for travel time and costs.
Can my partner/friend/relative attend my session with me?
Due to the necessity to feel completely relaxed and able to be fully open and honest during the session, it is not recommended to have anyone aside from the client and practitioner in the room.
If the session is taking place in your own home (either via Zoom or with me travelling to see you), it is perfectly fine for somebody else to be in the house, but this should be upon the strict understanding that they must remain outside the room and in no way disturb the session.
If the session is conducted at my property in Chester, you may bring somebody else with you, but again they will be required to either sit in another room or leave the premises while your session takes place – don’t worry, Chester is a beautiful city with plenty of historic sights and interesting things to do, so they need not be bored!
Do you offer couple or group sessions?
Couple and group sessions may be offered upon request. Please contact me with your requirements and I will get back to you.
Do you offer sessions for children?
It is not usual to offer sessions to those under 18, however, with parental consent and under certain circumstances, this will be considered. Please contact me with your requirements and I will get back to you.
Do you offer surrogate sessions?
Yes, in circumstance where a person is for some reason unable to have their own session (for example, because their physical condition means they don’t have the stamina for a session, or they are in some way mentally or emotionally impaired and so unable to participate themselves) it is possible for a surrogate to stand in to enable them to still benefit from a BQH session. Please contact me for further details on this process.
What is the price of a session?
Online sessions (via Zoom) are priced at £115* and in-person** sessions are priced at £125. These fees include:
- Initial phone consultation
- Preparation materials
- Session recording
- A follow-up call to discuss your session (if wanted)
*If you feel a session will benefit you, but are unable to pay the full price, please contact me and I will consider offering a reduced price session and/or a payment plan depending upon your individual circumstances.
**Additional fees may apply to cover travel time and costs if the session is to take place at your home (or another location of your choosing).
I would like an in-person session, do you offer accommodation for those travelling to you?
